The department of the technical division of a Scientology organization which sets you up for and delivers auditing. HPA/HCA: ‘Hubbard Professional Auditor/Hubbard Certified Auditor’. An early course taught in Scientology Churches only. At one time HCA and HPA were equivalent certificates, HCA being the American designation and HPA, the British.
